Christmas Stockings

A limited run of one-of-a-kind Christmas stockings were made as gifts for paid Substack subscribers in 2023. They are sized as a small sock, roughly a child’s size 3. They are 100% merino, made of leftover hand-dyed yarn, skein-ends from the studio and knit on a hand operated retro machine. They are inspired by the flimsy, oversized striped stockings of mid-century holiday cartoons.
